Send a request

Waitlist subscribers, business owners, authorized staff, and customers of a business using YuliFlow can request deletion of information held in YuliFlow. Email hello@yuliflow.com with the subject YuliFlow data deletion request.

What to include

• Whether you are a waitlist subscriber, business owner, staff member, or customer.
• The email address or phone number you used for the waitlist, if applicable.
• The business name and business phone number, if known.
• The phone number, Facebook profile, or Instagram account involved, if your request concerns a conversation.
• Whether you want a waitlist entry, specific conversation, or client record removed, a connected account disconnected, or the business account and its data deleted.

Please do not send passwords, access tokens, or copies of private messages unless we ask for a specific detail to locate the record.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request, verify the identity or authority of the requester, and identify the relevant YuliFlow records. When the request is valid, we will remove applicable information from systems under our control and confirm the outcome. We may coordinate with the business using YuliFlow if a customer asks us to remove information from that business's workspace.

Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons. Data held independently by phone or social platforms is governed by those providers' own policies and controls.

Facebook and Instagram data

If a business connects a Facebook Page or Instagram business account, YuliFlow may store account identifiers, access tokens, message content, attachments, and conversation context needed to provide the inbox and assistant. To request deletion of data received through Meta, follow the email steps above. Removing YuliFlow's copy does not delete messages from Facebook or Instagram itself.

You may also remove YuliFlow's access from your Facebook or Instagram business integration settings. If you want historical YuliFlow records deleted as well, send a deletion request so we can identify and remove them.
