What to expect when you use the YuliFlow website and communications service.

These terms describe use of the YuliFlow website, launch waitlist, mobile app, and staff web app. YuliFlow helps businesses manage calls, messages, and client context. Some features may be available only to invited businesses or may change as the service develops. Any separate written agreement with your business controls where it says something different.
Waitlist
When you join the waitlist, provide an email address or phone number you control. By submitting the form and checking its consent box, you ask us to send one launch notification through your selected contact method. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or require a purchase. You can ask us to remove your contact information at any time using our data deletion instructions. If we contact you by text, you can also reply STOP.
Accounts and access
Business owners are responsible for deciding who may access their workspace and for keeping their account and staff access current. Staff should use only the access their business authorizes. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of an account.
Your responsibilities
Businesses are responsible for the information they enter, the messages they send, and their communications with customers. Use YuliFlow only for lawful business purposes. Obtain any permissions and give any notices required for messaging, call recording, use of customer information, and connected social accounts. Do not use the service to send spam, impersonate others, or access data you are not authorized to view.
AI features
AI suggestions, summaries, and automated replies can be incomplete or wrong. The business is responsible for choosing when to enable these features, reviewing their outputs as appropriate, and checking important details before relying on them. Do not use AI output as a substitute for professional advice.
Connected services
Phone, messaging, social, and other connected features depend on providers such as Twilio and Meta. Their availability and rules can affect YuliFlow features. You must have authority to connect a business account and follow the applicable provider's terms when using it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information in the service.
Availability and changes
We may update, pause, or discontinue features as the service develops, including to maintain security or comply with provider requirements. We may also update these terms; the effective date above will show when the posted version changed. For material changes affecting active business accounts, we will provide notice through the service or another available contact method.
